Rey holds a degree in Computer Engineering and has been working with computers for almost eight years. His inclination to information and computer technology enabled him to be effective and innovative in his job as ICT personnel, faculty, and now as webmaster of a local university in his province. He shares his knowledge through his classes and seminars. He is also a graphics artist having designed and created ads for newspapers and other print media, including audio-video presentations.
Rey's web design and development skills, coupled with his artistic bent, allows him to create appealing and functional websites which fit the specifications provided for by clients. He tries to capture the picture the client has in his mind on how the site will look like and put it in digital form. He ensures that the websites he designs and develops are standards-compliant, cross-platform, and accessible products, that, best of all, satisfy the client and his visitors.
In building your website, Rey will help you structure your content and produce a layout which depicts your concept or identity as a company. He can also help you with your content with his communication skills and facility with the language. He will be there in every step of the way.
